Yes, it's working for me on SM 2.49.1. I only have a few buttons installed. CB was already installed on SM 2.48 when it updated to 2.49.

nevermind... I found the modified Custom Buttons extension in the first page of this thread and I installed it in SM 2.49.1 after disabling the original CB extension

now everything works. thanks.

The next ESR will be 60, not 59, which will allow Mozilla to yank out more stuff.

59 is bad already when it comes to classic extensions support.

The calendar should be changed soon.

Calling Dumby or Infocatcher, the defaults/preferences/*.js appears broke again in the latest nightlies, can anything be done? If you can't fix it, don't have the time or are fed up no problem.

@morat, mozilla is on their last legs anyway after making one boneheaded decision after another. Whoever is running that place would have been fired long ago in any other respectable business organization. Looking glass is just another one of their latest fiascos coming on the heels of obliterating extensions. I'm going to be on 52esr for a long long time. Would switch to waterfox but my system is 32-bit.

Did anyone get DOM Inspector working in Firefox 58?

I got DOM Inspector Plus 2.0.17.1.2rc and Attributes Inspector working in Firefox 58 release build.

I had to use Dumby's hack to get it working correctly.

Dumby's fix broke again in 59, I'm glad to see he's back so may be he''ll get around to taking a look at it. Custom Buttons still works fine in 59 although I've lost a few buttons like toggling page styles. Gone too is the addon bar from Classic Theme Restorer that was still hanging on. It seems like every time I download a nightly something new with legacy is broken.

@trapper john

I'm only using CB and DOMiPlus in Fx 58, and some userChrome.js hacks.

Someone got the userChrome.js file working with only the userChrome.css file.

userChrome.css may be next on the chopping block

I didn't test the idea... instead of using Dumby's fix, why can't we take the defaults\preferences\*.js files in the *.xpi files and place these *.js files into the folder with the autoconfig.js file?
