Using waterfox 51.0, tried to install Odyseus file after changing zip to xpi but wont install. :(

edit: went back to 50.1 and managed to install it from there, then switched to 51 and now working. Thanks.

I don't have WF51 yet. Did Alex drop support for unsigned ext. in 51?

FF 51 + Win7
IT WORKS!!

:D

Someone else on Win 7 might have this problem: the file I inserted into the installation folder actually disappeared, and I had to replace it. It might be connected to Win7's UAC constantly reminding you that you're too much of an idiot to make changes in your system.

Why wasn't CB put on AMO and thus signed? Is it because extensions on AMO can't be open-source?

Signed version:
http://infocatcher.ucoz.net/temp/cb/custom_buttons-0.0.5.8.9-fixed-signed.xpi (GUID was changed, will be installed as different extension)

http://infocatcher.ucoz.net/temp/cb/custom_buttons-0.0.5.8.9-fixed.xpi (original with fixes)

Restored (somehow partially missing) update for toolbar context menu.
(Hopefully) fixed compatibility with Browser Console in Firefox 48+.
+ fixes for __defineGetter__()/__defineSetter__().

Hello, InfoCatcher.

Thank you very much for fixing the Browser Console links. I was starting to miss that functionality.

Your attached extensions have the error that I reported here (Copying button URI to clipboard breaks DOMParser constructor globally). You can test it by simply copying any button to the clipboard from the button context menu and then reinitialize you Extensions Developer Tools button. You will see that it doesn't reinitialize. Just to be clear, the DOMParser breakage happens only on latest versions of Firefox. It doesn't happen on SeaMonkey, for example.

I would really like for you to fix this error on the signed and not signed versions so I can attach your extensions in the very first post of this topic.

Oh, thanks, I see.
Fixed. Also was changed version number (0.0.5.8.9 -> 0.0.5.8.9.1) due to AMO limitations.

Signed version: http://infocatcher.ucoz.net/temp/cb/custom_buttons-0.0.5.8.9-fixed2-signed.xpi
